Taxi Service - Terms & Conditions

We are happy to provide our taxi service for you. Please read the terms and conditions carefully:

• Non-Negotiable Tariff: Our tariff is fixed and non-negotiable.
• No Hidden Costs: All charges are transparent.
• Tariff Validity: The given tariff is valid for 15 days. Prices may change if your trip starts after 15 days.
• Kilometer Calculation: Trip kilometers will be calculated from Madurai Railway Station. Please note the odometer reading at the start.
• Sightseeing: No restrictions on sightseeing visits.
• Rate Basis: Rates are based on number of days, not on itinerary. Even with lesser kilometers, rates remain the same.
• Air-Conditioning: A/C is available only during running time. Extra charges apply for A/C during waiting/standing time.
• Driver Facilities: Hotels/resorts/homestays must provide parking and toilet facilities for the driver.
• Pickup & Drop Timings: No restrictions for early pickup on arrival day or late drop on departure day. Final drop must be before 9:00 PM.
• Driver Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM. Extra ₹100 per hour applies beyond regular hours, payable daily.
• Unforeseen Events: We are not responsible for costs arising from natural calamities, roadblocks, or strikes.
• Prohibited Inside Vehicle: Panmasala, smoking, liquor, and spilling food particles.
• Professional Drivers: Our drivers are experienced, know tourist attractions well, and have basic English/Hindi knowledge.
• Vehicle Condition: Vehicles are new and well-maintained.
• Advance Payment & Refund: Advance payment is required to confirm booking. 100% refund for cancellations at least 24 hours before the trip. No refund otherwise.
